The Lac du Der region is surrounded to the north by the Coteaux vitryats and to the south by the Côte des Bar, where passionate winegrowers perpetuate the champagne tradition. At Lac du Der, the richness of the terroir is revealed through a variety of local products to taste. Not to be missed are delicious farmhouse cheeses such as Chaource, goat’s cheese and Langres, with their authentic flavours.
